Our Magic Bleedproof Paper is specially designed for Alcohol Markers, with a protective coating that prevents ink from bleeding through to the other side of the page.

It's perfect for keeping your colours vibrant while protecting the artwork underneath!

Can I use other pens? Absolutely! Our Water-Based Brush Pens and Glitter Brush Pens also work on this paper, although you may find blending a little trickier due to the protective coating. Some customers actually prefer this, so it's completely down to personal preference!

🌈 Blending Paper

Our Blending Paper is designed for Water-Based Brush Pens and Glitter Brush Pens, allowing colours to blend, layer and flow beautifully together.

Unlike Bleedproof Paper, the ink absorbs slightly into the page, making it easier to create smooth gradients, soft transitions and watercolour-style effects.

It's also made from 100% recycled materials! 🌱

• Glitter Brush Pens ⭐

Can I use other pens? Of course! Glitter Gel Pens work beautifully on this paper too. Alcohol Markers can also be used, but they will bleed through the page, so we recommend choosing Magic Bleedproof Paper if you're using these!

Both papers produce beautiful results. It just depends on your favourite pens and how you like to colour!

Absolutely! Our pens can be used on paper from other brands too, although results will vary depending on the paper quality.

Here's what to know:

• 🎨 Water-Based Brush Pens & Glitter Brush Pens: Work on any paper, although results may vary! For the best blending experience, we recommend high-quality paper specially designed for blending, like our Water-Based Blending Paper.
• 🌈 Alcohol Markers: Work wonderfully on different papers, but like most markers, they may bleed through pages without a protective coating. Our own colouring books are available on specially designed Magic Bleedproof Paper, which prevents our alcohol markers from bleeding through!

A little note: Not all colouring books are made with the same quality of paper! As paper quality varies between brands, we can't guarantee the same beautiful results you'd get with our own specially designed papers.

When will my preorder be dispatched?

Every preorder product has an estimated dispatch timeframe listed on its product page. Please check this before ordering, as dates can vary between products.

What if I order other items at the same time?

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock products, everything will be dispatched together once all items are available.

If you'd like your in-stock goodies sooner, we recommend placing a separate order. 

If you've already placed your order and would like to split it into separate deliveries, please send us an email and we'll do our best to help!

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken when you place your order, securing your items in advance.

Your order might show as "confirmed", "preparing" or "unfulfilled" while we're waiting for stock to arrive. Don't worry, this is completely normal and your order is safely reserved!

Can preorder dates change?

Occasionally, yes! Our estimated dispatch dates are based on the latest information from our suppliers, but sometimes things take a little longer than expected.

If there's a significant change to your estimated timeframe, we'll do our best to keep you updated by email.

How will I know when my order is on its way?

Here's everything you need to know:

• 📖 Buy it anytime! You can purchase the binder with or without a Colouring Quest subscription.
• 🎨 5 FREE swatching sheets are included with every binder!
• ✨ Made to last! Each binder holds approximately 2 years' worth of Colouring Quest sheets and is sustainably made using high-quality materials.
• 💖 The perfect pair! Our Colouring Quest pages are designed to fit beautifully inside, so you can build your very own colouring collection.

A little note: If you order your binder alongside a subscription, they'll be dispatched together when your subscription is ready to ship!

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be unused, in perfect condition in their original packaging.

Refunds or exchanges will be given only if the packaging is unbroken or the product is faulty. We have the right to refuse returns of any orders that are not returned to us in a resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your returned items to be received by us.

It may take a further 5 working days for us to process your refund after receiving it.

Mystery Bundles/Personalised Items Disclaimer:

Due to the nature of Mystery Bundles, and Personalised Items, we can only accept returns if your order is damaged. Swaps for different products are not accepted - if you hope to receive a specific product, we recommend ordering that product from the shop, as the mystery bundles are just that - a mystery. :)

We have a slight extension to our returns policy and customers will have until January to return parcels if they wish.
