How long will it usually take to get my order?

We aim to create and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Please double check your address prior to checkout, as our packing team work fast and we won't always have time to change it for you if you type it in wrong. During busy periods like launches or holidays the dispatch times may be slightly longer but we are always working hard behind the scenes to get them out as quickly as possible.

After your order has been dispatched, if you have chosen standard delivery, Royal Mail usually takes 1-3 working days for UK orders. If you have chosen Express Tracked, it should be with you within 24 hours after your dispatch date.

For international orders please allow an additional 8-12 working days.

What is the Self Care Subscription?

Every 2 months, a brand new, exclusive range of themed sheets will be designed and dropped straight to your door - the perfect self-care refresh. Choose from either the Saver Silver, OR Indulge in Gold for those wanting to build the full collection!

* Please note: any extra items ordered with this subscription will be shipped with the upcoming Subscription sheets once they are released. If you want to order other products to be shipped straight away, please order them separately.

What is the Binder?

The 'Ultimate Collection Binder' is a one-off purchase that can be made at any time on our website, and includes the first 5 collectible sheets for free!

You can order a binder without the subscription and a subscription without the binder. But they fit perfectly together. Please note: if you order a binder alongside a subscription it will be sent out with your subscription once they are released.

Each binder will hold approximately 2 years worth of sheets and are sustainably made with high quality materials & special gold foiling.

What's the difference between a standard colouring book and a care package?

A standard colouring book is exactly that - it comes by itself. The care package also includes chocolate, tea or hot chocolate and a face mask - just a few extras to really help you relax.

I have allergies / dietary requirements - can you switch out the chocolate?

The vegan bars are dairy free, gluten free, egg free and nut free so a great alternative for those of us with allergies/ dietary requirements!

Do the books / care packages come with pens?

No, all pens are an add on item and do not automatically come with the books. If you would like pens with your order please choose that option at checkout.

Are the books and sheets eco-friendly?

Yes! This is super important to us. The books and sheets are made out of 100% recycled materials (and eco friendly inks). They're also made out of 170gsm, thick card so that your pens won't leak through to the next side!

What are the best pens to use in the books?

Any of our Calm Over Chaos pens have been designed to perfectly compliment our paper products! However, if shopping elsewhere, any water-based felt tips are perfect. Alcohol markers aren't ideal as they're not actually designed for normal paper - they're designed to be used on wood / plastic / specially coated bleedproof paper.

Which countries do you ship to?

We are a UK based small business and we ship worldwide! Shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout. Due to the new GSPR regulations actioned on the 13th December 2024, we have momentarily had to pause all orders to Northern Ireland and the European Union, however we are working hard to resume shipping to these countries asap! Follow our socials for further updates!

Can I return my item?

Standard Items:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be unused, in perfect condition in their original packaging.

Refunds or exchanges will be given only if the packaging is unbroken or the product is faulty. We have the right to refuse returns of any orders that are not returned to us in a resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your returned items to be received by us.

It may take a further 5 working days for us to process your refund after receiving it.

Mystery Bundles/Personalised Items & Returns Roulette Disclaimer:

Due to the nature of Mystery Bundles, Returns Roulette and Personalised Items, we can only accept returns if your order is damaged. Swaps for different products are not accepted - if you hope to receive a specific product, we recommend ordering that product from the shop, as the mystery bundles are just that - a mystery. :)

Customs, Duty & Taxes

Some orders may attract import duty and local sales taxes if they are being delivered within the European Union and internationally.

The sender (Calm Over Chaos) is not responsible for paying these costs and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay and ensure that these costs are checked prior to placing your order.

Reporting Faulty Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt of it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can put it right.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order you need to email support@calmoverchaos.co.uk including your order number and any photographs to highlight the issue.

Shipping Address Responsibility Policy



At Calm Over Chaos, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered promptly. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask you to double-check all shipping details before completing your purchase.

Please note:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Delivery to Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided and the order is successfully delivered to that address, Calm Over Chaos cannot retrieve the package or redirect it. In this case, it will be the customer's responsibility to either recover the parcel from the provided address or place a new order.

Reordering Due to Address Errors: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
