Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods, launches, or sales, dispatch may take a little longer - but we always work as quickly as possible to get your parcel moving.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

UK Shipping (Tracked Only)

We offer two tracked UK delivery options:

  • 48 Hour Tracked – Usually delivered 2 working days after dispatch.

  • 24 Hour Tracked – Usually delivered 1 working day after dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping (Tracked Only)

We offer one fully tracked international shipping option.
Delivery typically takes 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to customs, weather, or seasonal delays.

Tracking

All orders, both UK and international, include full tracking.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Allow a few extra days for courier delays.

  3. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@calmoverchaos.co.uk so we can help.

Please report missing parcels within 21 days (UK) or 30 days (international) of dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel is delivered there, we cannot refund or replace the order.

If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately - if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may incur customs charges or import taxes.
These fees are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the packaging and affected items so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
