For The Next Generation is the seventh colouring book Millie designed - specifically with preteens in mind.
We wanted to create a book focused on a younger audience - those going through the awkward growing years of around 8-12, when you're still very much a child, but your body is changing and you have so many questions. It can be an overwhelming world to navigate, so this book focuses on changing bodies, bullying, peer pressure, exam stress, equality, mental heath, consent and so much more!
Whether you're a child or adult, I hope that this book will be a gentle, easy tool to relax with after a long day at work or school. There's a perfect mix of important messages and easy, simple designs to help your brain switch off. Sometimes life gets hard and we all deserve a little time out to ourselves, no matter our age.
