I have all of the COC books (at the time of writing this) and this is by far one of my favourites. As someone who struggles with body image, self confidence, and often feels like they don't fit in due to being neurospicy, I love how this book makes me feel included and important! I would recommend it to anyone who struggles with similar things, and wants to feel special and be reminded of how great they are. Personally I love the blending paper as I use brush pens, and it is worth taking some time to think about the pens you will use to colour, as although both papers are a great quality, to highlight their superpowers it is best to use the right pens on the right type of paper! :)

Brilliant messages on the books
The book has really good quotes especially foe teens as they are uplifting. Calm over chaos never disappoints
