Humans That Want A Better F*cking World🔞 is the fourth book Millie Designed. It is our most 'adult' book, featuring swear words and references to sex.

While she loves creating calming, mindful content, sometimes she needed something a little more angry to get her frustration out at the way the world is going, and the decisions that the people in charge are making - how they are drastically affecting women, minorities and the planet. Turned out so many customers felt the same. We wanted to scream ‘fuck this shit’ from the rooftops. So book 4 was born.

 This book is for those of us who like to relax and take care of our minds peacefully, but who also sometimes want to scream and shout and swear and have a bit of a cry. It’s okay to be both.
