Messages to My Younger Self is the fifth adult colouring book Millie designed. This is the book that many customers describe as 'therapy'. It filled with all the messages you wish you could say to your younger self (but also could probably still do with a reminder of now). It is in many ways the most open and vulnerable book, aiming to help sooth past traumas and offer a little calm and peace to your mind.

Please be wary of triggers in this book. It is gentle and helpful, but does touch on childhood trauma, SA & mental health issues.
