Great colouring book with many inspirational quotes and beautiful drawings.
This book is exactly what I needed and more. The quality is excellent and I cannot fault this product at all. The messages in this book are so powerful and I would recommend to anyone.
These blend beautifully. I’m rubbish with watercolour paint, but that’s not an issue anymore! I end up with colouring that I love instead of getting frustrated that it’s not going how I want! Also the mental health affirmations are beautiful. Here’s to well being in 2025
I was given the Messages to my younger self colouring book as a gift and I love it.
I have autism and ADHD and find colouring in really helps calm my mind and eases my anxiety. This book is great as during colouring in I’m focusing on the words, which I think for me helps them sink in more. Plus there is room for me to add my own doodles. Really love it - thank you
Even tho I did a quick flip through.. what I saw I do like as always. I intend to use both books as Christmas pressents for myself for next year. The only tip that I have is the quality of the envelope is not that good as it had multiple holes and tape from the postal carrier.
